Baiyin (pronounced “Bay-yin”) is a General Partner at Indicator Ventures and has nine years experience investing in seed to growth stage technology companies. As a daughter of Chinese immigrant parents having arrived in Montreal with no money or family connections, she understands the resilience and determination required to survive and win. Baiyin spent her College of William and Mary days founding and leading an ESG-focused organization, then spent two years as a generalist investment banker at BB&T Capital Markets, then set off on her tech investing journey at ClearSky, OpenView, and Ascent Venture Partners. She has invested in and served on boards of dozens of companies.
