Bio
Prior to Spartan, Calvin was an associate at Sora Ventures, an Asia-based blockchain VC dedicated to digital asset and blockchain investments. He was responsible for the deal structuring, research and post-investment management. Calvin’s blockchain career began at OKEx in late 2017, one of the largest crypto exchanges in the world. He then worked at Shanghai’s Guotai Junan Securities as an emerging tech research intern, specializing in blockchain application and scalability research. Calvin later joined Coinsuper, a Hong Kong crypto exchange, as an ICO analyst, where he scouted and analyzed ICO projects and assisted in business development.
Calvin obtained a Bachelor of Economics and International Relations degree from Boston University.
