In her role as Human Capital Partner, Dr Ardi, helps place the most sought after talent for JP Morgan Partners' portfolio companies. She acts as a "venture catalyst" creating the structure of organizations, building high-caliber leadership teams and providing JP Morgan Partners companies with ongoing counsel and a firm strategic partnership to address needs that arise as their business ventures grow. Internally, Dr Ardi coaches JP Morgan Partners' Global Network to build the necessary skills to seek out and negotiate top-level management candidates; design the organizational architecture a company should adopt; counsel on how to deploy people against strategy; and serves as "Dr Dana on call" for JPMP portfolio companies on all issues related to human capital management. Dr Dana unearths the way a business works and the most effective ways for people to work in them. Prior to joining JP Morgan Partners, Dr Ardi held the same position with Flatiron Partners, a JP Morgan Partners affiliate fund. Before joining the Flatiron Partners team, Dr Ardi served as co-chair of the Global Communications, Entertainment, and Technology practice of TMP Worldwide, where she redefined the art and science of Human Capital Management. From her work with dozens of companies, on hundreds of searches, involving thousands of candidates, Dr Ardi has acquired an in-depth knowledge, not only of the leading companies and managers, but of the industries, the importance of the various technologies on which they depend and the most promising future business opportunities. Before her career in Executive Search Dr Ardi served as Senior Vice President of New Media for RR Donnelley & Sons Company where she was responsible for joint ventures/strategic alliances and guided venture capital investments in new media and information technologies. Prior to that, she was President of The Infotainment Corporation where she consulted for various leading studios, publishers, technology, retail and telecommunica Bachelor of Science degree from State University of New York at Buffalo, and a Master of Education and Doctorate from Boston College. She also taught as a professor at the graduate center at Fordham University in New York.
