Dave Fachetti

Bio

Mr Fachetti is a principal in Globespan Capital Partners' Boston office. He is actively involved with Globespan's investments in Entivity , Instill , Luidia , OpenPages , Reflectent and Smartprice . Prior to Globespan, Mr Fachetti was a principal of JAFCO Ventures, where he focused on enterprise software investments. Prior to JAFCO Ventures, Mr Fachetti was at FEN where he was Senior Vice President and General Manger of FEN's distributed content management software business. FEN was acquired in 2000 by Pearson plc (NYSE:PSO). Before FEN, Mr Fachetti was at Trans National Group where he ran and then successfully sold TNG's Canadian credit card business to Bank of Montreal (NYSE:BMO). He was also part of the founding team that developed TNG's businesses in the UK , France and Germany . In addition to his operating responsibilities, Mr Fachetti contributed to TNG's venture investments group. Mr Fachetti began his career at Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Mr Fachetti received an MBA, with honors, from Boston University , a BBA, with honors, from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and is a CPA.
