Jay Hass

Bio

Jay is responsible for investor relations and corporate development at RRE. Jay also supports portfolio companies with business development initiatives. Previously, Jay spent 22 years at Brown Brothers Harriman as a Managing Director, where he established and managed BBH's Alternative Investments Group, which encompassed private equity, hedge, Asian equity and real estate funds with assets of $1.3 billion and approximately 1,300 limited partners. Before entering the investment world, Jay spent several years in national political campaign management as well as in advertising. Outside RRE, he serves as an advisor to the M. Night Shyamalan Foundation, is a former director of the Cheetah Korea Value Fund, and is a member of the Tech: NYC Leadership Council. He is a board member emeritus of the Tory Burch Foundation. Jay graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. in Politics and completed the CFA Institute’s Investment Management program at Harvard Business School.
