Mathieu Costes

Bio

Mathieu is an Airbus Ventures Partner based in France. He manages Airbus Ventures’ activities in the EMEA region as well as its strategic links to Airbus in support of Airbus Ventures’ global venture portfolio. Prior to joining Airbus Ventures, Mathieu held several roles in operations and supply-chain, corporate management and companies’ transformation/ digitalization programs, across a variety of enterprises in the pharmaceutical, aerospace, nuclear energy and consumer goods sectors. Mathieu spent 11 years at Airbus and its subsidiaries, including, over the last three years, in senior roles with the office of the Chief Financial Officer/ Finance Management Board framing and deploying its digitalization programs. Mathieu studied in France, Romania and China. He holds an engineering degree in industrial sciences from Ecole des Mines de Saint Étienne, France, and a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Polytechnique Toulouse.
