Bio
Prior to Firebolt, Vineet spent 8+ years at Google, where he was Product Director for Google Shopping (and helped grow revenue 20X) and Google Play. Prior to Google, he co-founded Like.com, which Google acquired for over $100M and which laid the foundation for Google Shopping. Prior to Like.com, Vineet served as a partner at BlueRun Ventures, where he led the first investment in Coupa Software, founded by two of his colleagues from Oracle. Vineet’s Coupa investment was the best deal in BlueRun’s history, and Coupa is now a public company (NASDAQ: COUP) valued at $5B+. He also invested in two companies that were acquired for more than $100 million each. Earlier in his career, Vineet spent several years at Oracle as an engineering manager leading Oracle’s core database platform. Vineet holds a Masters degree from Cornell University and a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur.
