Overview
Since Nov 2018, Galaxy Interactive has been managing a sector-focused VC fund dedicated to the interactive entertainment ecosystem. We have been one of the most active gaming VCs in recent years. Our Fund I was $295m in size, and we have deployed over $200m to date, with the remainder of Fund I reserved for follow-on investments. By stage, 50% of our investments were Series A, 28% Series B, 15% Series Seed and 7% Series C/D. For new investments, we are investing out of our Fund II. Galaxy Interactive is part of Galaxy Digital, a publicly-listed, diversified merchant bank specializing in digital assets and blockchain technology. We invest across the interactive landscape, and are well positioned to evaluate opportunities at the intersection of gaming, web3 and open finance.
